AUKANSON TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AukanSon is a company specialized in the manufacture and sale of copper props for bowed string instruments, based in Chile.

3. Products and Warranty
Our products have been developed after years of research and testing. We guarantee that each strut meets the quality standards described on our website.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Damage caused by misuse, modifications or natural wear and tear is not covered.

4. Purchase and Payment Process

  • Prices are expressed in CLP (Chilean pesos) and may be subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card and other methods specified on our website.
  • The purchase is considered completed once payment is received and the transaction is confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • We ship nationally and internationally via courier services.
  • Delivery times vary depending on buyer location and product availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport company.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receipt of the product, provided it is in its original condition and with the packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of return approval.

All content on this site, including designs, texts, images and products, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Reproduction or use without express permission of AukanSon is prohibited.

8. Responsibility
