At AukanSon , we are committed to providing the highest quality products to enhance your music experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of requesting a refund under the following conditions:
1. Deadline for requesting a refund
- You can request a refund within 15 days of receiving the product .
- After this period, we will not be able to process refunds, but we will continue to offer assistance and solutions in case of any inconvenience.
2. Conditions for refund
- The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, and must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by misuse or incorrect installation.
- It is necessary to present the receipt or purchase invoice.
3. Return process
- Please send an email to info@aukanson.com with your order number and the reason for the refund.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the shipping address for returning the product.
- The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer , except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
- Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed within 7 business days .
4. Defective or factory damaged products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem. We will evaluate the case and proceed with the replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be made in the following cases:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products with signs of use or damaged by the customer.
- Applications outside the established deadline.
